**Dr. Jarone Lee** is a dual-trained emergency medicine and critical care physician and an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School**.** He serves as the Vice Chief of Critical Care for the Division of Trauma, Emergency Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital, where he also oversees multiple intensive care units across the Mass General Brigham system. In addition, he is the Chief Medical Officer for the Massachusetts-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team (DMAT), a federal response team deployed to support national and international disaster relief operations. Dr. Lee served as a key advisor in the development of the U.S. Government’s National Emergency Tele-Critical Care Network (NETCCN) and continues to advise federal agencies on telemedicine strategy.

Dr. Lee is a frequent national and international speaker. His invited engagements include the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, South by Southwest, the Kingdom of Thailand, the All Levels Trauma Care Conference in Saudi Arabia (keynote), and a White House roundtable on equity and civic health. He has authored more than 200 research publications and book chapters, including two textbooks, and has received multiple awards for clinical excellence, teaching, research, and community service. His expertise has been featured by CNN, NBC, U.S. News &amp; World Report, AP News, Bloomberg News, CommonWealth Beacon, and other major outlets. In 2023, he was recognized by Get Konnected and the Boston Foundation as one of Boston’s most influential AAPI leaders.

Dr. Lee is also the co-founder of Health Tech Without Borders (HTWB), a global non-profit dedicated to mitigating humanitarian crises by using digital tools and technology to rapidly expand access to health resources. As an innovation hub, As an innovation hub, HTWB has delivered consults and mental health support worldwide, including Ukraine, the Philippines, Iraq, Cameroon, India, Turkey, Pakistan, and the United States.
