Saira Khan is a data analyst for the Signal Program on Human Security and Technology at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative (HHI). Prior to joining HHI, she received a M.S. in Geographic Information Science at Clark University and also holds a B.A. in Geography and International Development and Social Change at Clark University.

Rob Baker is the Director of the Signal Program on Human Security and Technology at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative (HHI) of the Harvard Chan School of Public Health. He has over fifteen years of experience as a humanitarian aid worker and technologist, focusing on the effective but ethical deployment of emerging technology.
