HHI Online Learning Support

Though you will be mostly learning online in your own environment, you will have the support of both a dedicated course instructor and a course support team to help you with any non-academic questions.

Academic Support 

Your course facilitator(s) are your first point of contact for any questions about course materials and assessments. They will support you by engaging in discussion forums, grading your final assignment submissions, and delivering live virtual sessions.

If you require academic support, you can email your instructor for queries relating to:

  • Questions on course progress or course deadlines.
  • Content related questions about the topics of study or academic-related inquiries on an assignment and course Logistics.


The Humanitarian Academy at Harvard: Learning Support Team

The support team are your dedicated support for all non-academic questions, issues, and comments. The team will be able to help you with course access, platform issues, late submissions, course deferral requests, and accessing your certificate of completion.
