Angelique Santiago worked with the ATHA team for the Spring 2021 semester. She explored the intersection of mediation, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and bottom-up development strategies. Angelique's belief that conflict is an opportunity for growth drives her motivation to become a researcher, co-facilitator, connector, and mentor to communities seeking to achieve their development goals.
