Kalu Okigwe

Kalu Okigwe is a Geospatial Data Scientist and M.S. candidate in Geographic Information Science at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. His research centers on GeoAIapplications for hazard risk and resilience, with a focus on spatial modeling of wildfires, erosion,floods, and hurricanes. He is a Fall 2025 Graduate Research Intern with the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative’s Signal Program on Human Security and Technology, where he works on advancing early warning and risk prediction systems to support humanitarian response and atrocity prevention.
