Karima Rehmani is a Program Manager at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative where she serves as the primary administrative and program management resource for the Humanitarian Academy Partner Programs. Prior to joining HHI, Karima worked as a researcher and coordinator at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, supporting the implementation and evaluation of early childhood development programs in developing countries. She has over six years of experience working in and conducting research in Pakistan, Vietnam, and Canada primarily on child and youth development. Karima’s expertise includes grant and project management, program evaluation, qualitative research methods, training, and strengthening education systems.

She holds a MA degree in Early Childhood Education and Development from the University of British Columbia and a BBA from the Institute of Business Management.
