Luciana Vosniak, MLA

Program Manager, Peace and Human Rights Data

Luciana Vosniak is a Brazilian lawyer and policy professional specializing in international criminal law, human rights and humanitarian affairs. Her work and research focus on issues like transitional justice, accountability for war crimes, and humanitarian negotiations. 

At HHI, she is the Program Manager for the Peace and Human Rights Data, where she oversees complex research projects and data collection efforts worldwide. Previously, she worked as the Program Coordinator for HHI's Executive Negotiation Program and as the Program Manager for the National NGO Program on Humanitarian Leadership and the Building a Better Response Program.

Luciana holds a Master of Liberal Arts in International Relations from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of London.
