Her dedication to social impact is deeply rooted in her international experiences, which include living and working in Ecuador and Colombia, where she engaged with hospitals and public health initiatives in underserved areas. Additionally, her volunteer work in the Philippines, focused on community reconstruction after natural disasters, has fueled her passion for creating community-centered, sustainable change.

Miriam is enthusiastic about bringing her energy and commitment to HHI to drive meaningful social impact. Her focus includes developing strategies to track organizational success in terms of value, benefit, and meaning to communities in humanitarian crises, as well as creating a system for assessing and amplifying HHI’s impact by quantifying social return on investment and social good. She is dedicated to ensuring that projects are evidence-based and sustainable for long-term community benefit.
