Noah Carton-Rossen supported the Emergency Health Systems’s Ukraine Trauma Care Response project. As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) intern, he helped test the monitoring and evaluation tools before the collection of data and contribute to ongoing analysis and feedback on program efficacy and outcomes.

He is a second year Health Policy student in the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Master of Public Health program. He received his bachelor’s degree from Elon University. Prior to working at HHI he conducted anthropology research in New Haven. He is also currently engaged in trauma and burns research at Weill Cornell Medicine worked he has been working for almost three years.
