Faculty

Faculty are Harvard Faculty who hold a formal faculty academic appointment at Harvard University and who lead an established HHI program. Faculty serve as Primary Investigators (PI) on HHI grants, lead HHI teams, mentor HHI students and visiting scientists, represent HHI at conferences and convenings, and contribute to HHI’s global impact. As core faculty, they actively engage in HHI activities and events, provide academic and research oversight on their HHI programs, teach HHI courses, and write funding proposals.

Faculty need to have an official primary faculty or non-faculty academic appointment at Harvard University and be PI eligible at a Harvard institution. The Office of Faculty Affairs at the faculty’s primary institution is responsible for the appointment.
